Returns

Items must be returned with receipt; unused and with tags attached within 30 days for a full refund.

Items purchased at a discount of 35% or above, as well as all items ending in .00 will be FINAL SALE.  Items ending in .00 will consist of jewelry, hats, hair accessories, skin care and Pura devices/ fragrances. These and SALE items will NOT be eligible for returns or for in store credit of any kind.

Shipped returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

Please include your receipt, packing slip or a note with your name and order number along with the items you wish to return.

We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any sale items returned or items that appear to have been worn, altered or have had the tags removed will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If we do not receive postage payment within 5 days, the item(s) will be donated to the charity of our choice.

Damaged/Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. There are no exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 30 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit. 

If you receive a defective item, please do as follows:

  • Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to info@creativetouchboutique.com
  • Indicate "Damaged" in the subject line.
  • Include the order # and product name of the item.

While we are unable to cancel orders, we will do our best to accommodate a change to your order! Once your order reaches our shipping team, we will do our best to make any changes before your package is shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
